About the position
Our client is a European multinational firm in the Waste Management sector, wishing to enter the Kenyan market. We are looking for talented individuals with an interest in sales and business
development, and very good communication skills. This is a position with great professional growth potential in a commercial-oriented company. Specialized training and back-office support from
European headquarters are offered.

Duties and responsibilities
• Research and identify new market opportunities
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish communication and set up meetings
• Having meetings with clients to promote the company products and services
• Collaborating closely with regional headquarters for commercial issues
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients
• Experience of at least 3 years in business-to-business sales, ideally in the waste management or recycling industry (plastics, paper, glass, or aluminum)

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business or Technical discipline
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent computer skills
