The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for driving sales and sector development initiatives across various touchpoints. The objective is tpromote our training and professional services, enhance client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the Water sector.
Identify potential clients and market opportunities.
Set clear sales objectives and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments.
Sales Execution:
Conduct market research tstay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tpotential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements tsecure new business.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Meet and exceed sales targets and organizational revenue goals.
Utilize CRM tools ttrack and manage sales activities, client interactions, and
performance metrics.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Water Resource Management, Hydrology, or a related field.
Sales Certification will be an added advantage.
More than 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the water sector.
Strong understanding of sustainability practices and industry trends.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability tdevelop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance tracking.
Ability tbuild and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able twork independently and as part of a team.
