Responsibilities
Work with Product Managers, Ops, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Developers to scope, build, test new initiatives to increase growth of our core business.
Own key KPIs related to our funnel, focusing on acquisition, conversion and retention.
With data, lead our funnel optimization, growth analytics, and product experimentation - this might mean looking at funnel conversion rates and user experience by exploring transaction data, customer activity within our app and customer qualitative research.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow revenue, via both online and offline opportunities using insights and evidence from experiments you have devised.
Drive the prioritization, strategy, and focus on solutions to solve user problems and communicate this to the entire C-level.
You should have
+5 years of professional experience including investment banking, finance, private equity, consulting, tech, or start-up.
Proven business strategy and consulting experience - you have the ability to navigate ambiguity, juggle multiple tasks, think independently and problem solve in a structured manner.
Data analytics expertise with a passion for quantitative analysis. Knowledge of software packages for data analysis is a plus.
Passion and interest for tech products - experience in product launching, testing, and related analysis is a huge plus.
Proven ability to work well across different teams and get things done.
Knowledge of the latest digital marketing and other acquisition tools for growth hacking is a plus
Strong academic performance with at a minimum a completed Bachelor/Undergraduate degree with excellent grades.
