Mother Amadea Mission Hospital, a Level 4 healthcare facility in Mombasa, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to enhance our visibility, engage with the community, and promote our healthcare services. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who is passionate about healthcare and adept at developing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the hospital's services across multiple platforms.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to build a strong online presence.
Organize community outreach programs and health events to increase awareness of the hospital's services and mission.
Collaborate with various departments to produce educational materials, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional content.
Monitor and analyse marketing trends, patient feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and media contacts to expand the hospital's outreach and community partnerships.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights to guide future initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all communication channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients, staff, and community stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with graphic design software and website management tools is a plus.
