      2. Medium The companies that carry out searches in our Database will be able to see your file with generic personal data and work experiences. Your identifying and contact information (name, identity document, e-mail, telephone, address) and your CV will be omitted.
      3. Minimum The information you provide will be invisible, unless you apply for a job offer, in which case it will be visible in its entirety.
    2. The user will define according to his preference the level of visibility at the time of registration and will have immediate application. Notwithstanding this, you may modify this preference at any time and as many times as you prefer by accessing your user account, where donde findojobs provides the specific functionality to operate these changes.

  6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE LOADING OF LABOR OFFERS
    1. The Portal allows entering a single position for publication of Labor Offer, without limit of vacant positions. The works to be offered must offer legally valid contracts. findojobs will not accept offers that, (a) require investment of money by the candidate, (b) of companies "pyramid" or multi-level business (Multi-Level Marketing), (c) related to the adult entertainment industry or nightlife , (d) refer to minors, (e) susceptible to deception or that entail any illegality in accordance with the current legal framework. The offers cannot include direct contact information, nor 900 additional charge telephone numbers or any other type of contact that implies an economic cost for the candidate. Any company that inserts an offer that contravenes the current legality will assume the exclusive responsibility of the damages and consequences derived from it, exempting findojobs from any responsibility.
  7. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
    1. Exclusion of guarantees and liability for the operation of the Portal. findojobs does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Portal or those other Web sites with which a Link has been established or provide additional services.
