Lead development of internal and external PR
strategy and execution

Act as an external communication person
towards media and public

Plan, arrange and implement communication proposal of brand, product or
IMC project with team to build influence among target audience and increase
product/brand preference and reputation

Draft and check copy writing with team (releases, briefing book, speech etc.)

Create various topics/angles, hot spots and material at brand, product
and marketing campaign levels with team

Execute creative communication campaign
beside simple news-driven communication

Maintain strong relationships with media and partner organizations
-
Work closely with marketing team to create
impact and exposure to support business objectives and strengthening brand
equity

Manage and develop external resource and
agency relationships to enhance performance in PR

Attend and secure speaking opportunities as
PR representative at key events

Monitor competitor marketing actions and
propose creative ideas to improve PR plan and execution
Requirement
-
At least 3 - 6 years of experience in public
relations role, a mix of agency and in-house is a plus
-
BA/MA Degree, - Under 32-years old
- Established
relationships with technology, consumer product, and business media contacts
and demonstrated successful record with media relations
- Keen
sense of the media landscape and have a genuine enthusiasm for media relations
- Excellent verbal
and written skills in English is a must
- Ability and
experience to practice public speech in press conference and public event
- Skilled at
prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to
detail
- Analytical
problem-solver with exceptional written and oral communications skills and a
demonstrable track record of results
- Team player with a
demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, partnership and
marketing teams
- A self-starter with
flexibility and sense of humor
