We are looking for a Regional Leader to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific regions of our company.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in Insurance sales, managing the operation of a region. While taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.
Responsibilities
Promote M TEK solution and products to potential customers and partners.
Develop and manage sales team in order maximize sales revenue.
Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Report on regional sales results
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Familiarity and passion for technology solutions
Preferably prior experience in an insurance sector
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Ability to travel within the region
Atleast 3 years prior Experience having done insurance
BSC degree in sales, Business Administration or other relevant field.
