OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a professional, dedicated training solution to provide total coverage of all appropriate training needs to members, organization clients and management of the accredited centers.
You will be responsible for developing and coordination and delivery of organization’s events and fundraising for the events.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in organizing and managing training and events, as well as a great team player. The successful candidate will be proactive, confident, an excellent communicator and organizer, who will relish this varied role, whilst being able to work under pressure and deal with competing priorities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Management
• Identify training and development needs with client organizations through analysis, appraisal schemes and developing solutions for their needs while keeping regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments of the client organizations.
• Source organizations for in-house/onsite training and consultancy services.
• Identify organizations running Awards and competition, bid for the projects and manage judging.
• Designing and assessing training programs and produce training materials.
• Manage the delivery of training and professional services programs.
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and making sure improvements are done to meet the trainees and industry standards.
• Managing accredited centers.
• Set and manage budgets; venues; manage relationships with attendees to ensure the trainings’ are success.
Events Management
• Develop creative and strategic plans for events, to support the organization’s vision.
• Project manage organization’s workshops, conferences, and networking events.
• Develop plans for events fundraising to secure sponsors.
• Set and manage budgets; venues; manage relationships with attendees to ensure the event’s success.
• Oversee the on-day logistics of all events, run post event follow-up with participants, sponsors and evaluate events.

• Experience of managing budgets, exceeding targets, and strong marketing skills.
• A good communicator with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and client organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with an ability to work independently and seize opportunities.
• High level of analytical and written skill fluent in written and spoken English with strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Computer literate and confident using MS Office software.
• Understanding of, and commitment to, the objectives of the organization.
• Over five years’ experience in similar roles.
