IPOA/HR/15/2024:Job PurposeResponsible for carrying out inspections of police premises and detention facilities under the control of the National Police Service.Key Responsibilities/ Duties / TasksSupport implementation of policies, strategies, guidelines, plans, standards and procedures pertaining to Inspections, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules and regulations;Conduct inspections of police facilities and premises under the control of the Service to professionalize the service;Implement inspection tools, concepts and controls to suit emerging trends in policing;Consolidate data for compiling inspection reports with recommendations to the service or any state organ;Follow up on implementation of recommendations arising from inspections of police facilities and premises;Conduct rapid inspections response activities in the Authority;Update records in the division;Consolidate data for development of internal reports in the division;Implement risk mitigation measures;Implement Management decisions;Develop and implement individual work plan.Job Dimensions:I.
