The People Partner is integral to the support of the Delivery Function. Collaborating closely with Leaders, Managers, Employees, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), People Function and the FLPO team, the People Partner is dedicated to implementing our People strategies and programs. Their focus is on enhancing employee success and fortifying the organizational culture within a highly dynamic environment.
