As the Accounting Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Your expertise will drive accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations while ensuring seamless financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly financial closures and ensure timely statutory payments.
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoice collections.
Oversee accounts payable reconciliations and maintain vendor records.
Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with local regulations.
Strengthen internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful statutory audits.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For:
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
CPA (K) certification is mandatory.
2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and accounting regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in bookkeeping software and financial systems.
A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
