Key Responsibilities:Handling payroll and calculating and filing of statutory VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, WITHHOLDING VAT, PAYROLL.Reconciling orders with receipts/deliveries.Preparing & Reconciling statements for suppliers & creditors.Liaising with directors on payment schedules.Filing receipts as well as handling accounts payables/ receivables.Approving credit facility for clients.Handling bank and Mpesa reconciliations.Petty cash management.Reconciling daily and period sales and expenses reports.Preparing Petty cash preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports liaising with external auditors for annual audit reports.Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Must have at least CPA III, CPAK is an added advantage.Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in general accounting.Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting system.Must have In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations and good analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.High professional integrity and organizational skills.Have a positive attitude and self-drive.Proficiency in use of MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.Deadline for applications:30th April 2024
