Duties and Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating County Government service delivery at the ward level, conduct developmental activities to empower the community, enhance administrative capacity for effective governance at the ward level, exercise functions and powers delegated by the county government agencies as stipulated in Section 86 of the County Governments Act;
periodic monitoring and evaluation of county projects at the ward level and other programs in the sectoral annual work plan and budgets;
ensuring effective service delivery at the ward level on a day-to-day basis; co-ordinating developmental activities to empower the community; facilitating and co-ordinating citizen participation in the development of policies and delivery of service;
Co-ordinating, managing and supervising the general administrative functions in the ward unit including the ward public service;
developing policies and plans for implementation at ward level; liaising with county and national government staff at the ward level; exercising any functions and powers delegated by the county public service board or any other authority.

Specify Job Qualification below:
For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have:
A Bachelor's degree in Administration or Management or related fields from a recognized institution;
Have proven experience of not less than five (5) years in administration or management either in the public or private sector;
Proficiency in Computer applications from a recognized institution;
Have demonstrated merit and shown ability in work performance and results.
