Implement Scarab* Precision, an advanced system for managing pests and diseases in crops.
Coordinate and conduct workshops, and quality assurance processes on floriculture farms. Supervise and provide continuous support in the implementation and use of the system.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Floriculture or a related field, interested in crop protection of greenhouse and open-field crops.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the floricultural sector in a technical role.
Interest in innovation and the use of efficient and transparent work methods.
Ability to lead workshops at operator and managerial levels in the floriculture sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Organisational and time management skills.
Responsibility and proactivity.
Flexibility to travel in the region.
Driver's licence and own vehicle.
Residency in Naivasha, Kenya.
