The successful candidate plays a critical role in supporting the organization's efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Ideal candidate Must have prior experience in the Financial Service Sector.Key Responsibilities: AML, CFT & KYC Policy Compliance ReportingRegulatory and Legal Compliance ReviewsConduct compliance reviews of key policies, processes, and procedures as per the Annual Risk and Compliance Work PlanImplement the Branch Review Work plan as developed by Group Risk and Compliance function.Ensure there are up-to-date product manuals for all existing products.Liaison role with HODs to ensure that all the ISO requirements within the departments are up to date. Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's DegreePrevious experience in risk management, compliance, or a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.Familiarity with financial products, services, and industry-specific risks.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
