About the Role As a Client Support Specialist , you'll be the cornerstone of our customer success team.
Your role will involve resolving client inquiries with expertise, building lasting relationships, and contributing to our reputation as a leader in client support excellence.
What You'll Do Deliver exceptional client support through email, chat, and other channels.
Proactively resolve customer issues, ensuring each interaction ends on a positive note.
Master our support tools and processes to provide efficient troubleshooting and guidance.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Provide feedback that shapes our client support strategies and enhances overall satisfaction.
What You'll Need At least 1 year of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and practices is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with a working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Technical Requirements Reliable PC or laptop.
Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps upload and download.
