Details of the offer

Prepare, produce and bake breakfast pastries, breads, croissants, rolls and some desserts in line with recipe cards.
Assist in designing, executing and improving recipes.
Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Focus on food quality and customer satisfaction.
Keep records relating to inventory and production levels.
Ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
Carry out all duties in line with departmental standards manual.
Comply with the facility's Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
