Over 40 years, we have generated evidence that the most effective way to prevent violent conflict is to bring people, groups and institutions together from across dividinglines to take collaborative action to solve shared problems.

Search seeks proposals from audit firms for its annual statutory audit for the period 2024 for its country office in Kenya.Our office is located in Mombasa, Kenya.OBJECTIVE OF THE AUDITThe overall purpose of this audit is to give the reasonable assurance of;1.All income received and cost incurred in the current fiscal year are in accordance with the relevant policies of Search for Common Ground, and are in compliance with Local laws and Regulations.2.Financial statements are prepared in accordance with Applicable legal and accounting framework3.There is no material error 4.Financial statements are free from material misrepresentation due to fraud or error5.Project expenses are incurred in compliance with Donor agreements and rules and regulations.PLEASE FOR THE COMPLETE TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR).Proposals are to be received by 31 October 2024.Any questions concerning these TOR should be directed to:no later than 25 October 2024
