Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities:
Assisting in interpreting civil drawings as per work requirement.
Carrying out painting works; Carpentry; Masonry works; Plumbing works and steel fixing.
Carrying out maintenance of fixtures and fittings
Maintenance of the water pipeline.
Carry out maintenance of recreational facilities.

Educational Requirements Job Experience/Qualifications
O Level certificate with (minimum KCSE D+ (plus) with Mathematics and Physics subjects.
Craft certificate in building technology or equivalent from the national examining body (KNEC)
Hands on experience is an added advantage.
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
