What does the job involve Utilize profound information design and storytelling abilities to convey insights effectively. Demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, and confidence under pressure while thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Employ agile development methodologies to iteratively improve data visualizations and design based on team feedback. Independently drive projects, handling multiple engagements simultaneously with self-driven agility. Develop algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, interrogate, and extract data, delivering tailored reports to end-users. Apply machine learning tools and statistical techniques to solve complex problems. Communicate ideas and rationale clearly to project managers or clients, ensuring alignment from concept to final design deliverables. Automate analyses and author data pipelines to streamline processes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience solving problems with data. Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches. Knowledge of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regressions). Good sense of graphic design and visual data storytelling. BI tools and visualization libraries is a plus. Proficiency with Python and working knowledge of SQL, various database structures, pgvector is a plus. Ability to build data pipelines, APIs, and applications with a modular approach, applying new and emerging technologies in short times understanding of SOLID principles, while outputting DRY code. Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript and solid understanding of frontend development process from dev to deployment with React. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
