We are dedicated to revolutionizing HR practice in the new age by developing long-term strategic partnerships with our clients.On behalf of our client, a creative and branding services marketing communication agency, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Deputy Creative Director.Job DescriptionKey RoleEnsure that all projects exceed our customer's expectations and drive sustainable growth by achieving the best possible visual and essential outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement concepts, and strategies in various projects/tasks and oversee them to completion.Championing the brand and creating user-centred designs that cater to the wider design needs of the business.Collaborate with all teams/departments to obtain knowledge of the brief's requirements.Direct, coach and motivate the creative team to help them use their knacks effectively.Lead, brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.Implement the Marketing SLAs process for receiving briefs from departments/teams and provide feedback to the team.Train and guide the creative team and other departments into accomplished professionals.Monitor results of projects/team efforts and propose actions for the future.Work with external vendors to ensure all production work is in line with brand guidelines and on time.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years relevant experienceProven experience as a creative leader or in a similar creative role.Provide experience in the creative process, strategy, art direction, graphic design, and brand development.Excellent working knowledge of tools/software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, Figma, etc.Outstanding leadership and organization skillsExemplary interpersonal and analytical abilitiesOversee and provide effective direction at photo shoots.Effectively check project tools, briefs and approve work.Command respect of freelance designers, media agents, vendors and be able to effectively manage their assistance.Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.Must be able to collaborate well with team members.Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.A strong attention to detailA strong creative flair and originalityA Professional with integrityConfidence, to present and explain ideasBasic copy writing skills a strong plus.Social media marketing a strong plus.Mastery of HTML/CSS a strong plus.3D illustration an advantage.Additional InformationOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
