Deputy Director, Research Innovation & Educational Assessment Resource Center – 1 Post At Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec)

Conducting research in educational assessment and monitoring learner's achievement;Coordinating the conduct and participation in educational conferences;Coordinating collaborations and partnerships with other examinations/assessment bodies or organizations and individuals interested in collaboration with KNEC;Collaborating with other organizations/agencies/stakeholders on educational research initiatives;Coordinating training in educational assessment;Coordinating Innovation and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights;Coordinating knowledge management;Undertaking sales and marketing of KNEC services and products;Managing the KNEC Educational Assessment Resource center;Coordinating the development of capacity building course content;Identifying resource personnel for capacity building courses;Coordinating the sales and marketing of assessment products and services;Overseeing the preparation of annual work plans and budgets;Proposing training and development interventions for the staff in the Department;Coordinating the implementation of the performance management system in the department.
