Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
Support the development, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions by analyzing trends, user data, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of healthcare technology projects.
Identify areas of improvement in healthcare processes and workflows through data analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing system performance.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards that communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor healthcare industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our products stay compliant and competitive.
Support user research efforts, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather feedback on digital health tools and platforms.
Assist in the design and implementation of data models that support healthcare analytics and decision-making processes.
Stay informed of new tools and methodologies in data analytics, health informatics, and healthcare technology, bringing relevant innovations to the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on healthcare, digital health, or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience working with health data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and ICD-10, is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and the ethics of health data usage.
