If you're our Education Advisor on Blended Learning, your workweek at the office will include the following highlights:
You have a discussion with the Online Learning colleagues of the VVOB Blended Learning Squad about the pedagogical challenges related to online synchronus delivery of the training programme for school leaders and related access issues.
You proactively draft the Terms of Reference for the coming trainers' preparation for the onboarding sessions of cohort 1 and share with your colleagues and manager for inputs and feedback.
LUNCH: a perfect time to catch up with your new colleagues or even go for a walk in the nearby Karura forest?
You organise a meeting with your communication colleague to work on the design of digital Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials for the app-based blended training.
You meet with your VVOB Monitoring & Evaluation colleague to finalise the MEAL plan of your project areas. This is the last meeting of an extensive collaboration work with your colleagues and partners.
