Excavator Operator-Jack Hammer At Keda Kenya Ceramics Company Limited

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operating the excavator. Breaking and drilling large stones for the silo.
Guide the feeding truck to unload in the designated warehouse, specify the location, and carefully fill in the receipt and incoming records
Daily excavator inspection, maintenance and ensuring that the excavator is operating normally.
Adhere and pay attention to safety production guidelines and procedures while operating the excavator.
Any other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate in plant operation with a valid driving license in class G is a must.
More than 2 years of experience as an excavator operator specifically a hydraulic jack hammer/crawler excavator.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures of operating an excavator.
High level of integrity.
Team player
Self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision.
