Your responsibilities will be to:
Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of the company. Manage financial reporting and ensure the implementation of all financial aspects of the strategic plan.
Support quality assurance by reporting safety-related information and customer complaints to the quality department.
Act in line with ethical standards, quality requirements, local policies, and the Novo Nordisk Way.
Serve as the Local Diligence Responsible (LDDR). Support logistics to ensure efficient and timely supply of products to distributors.
Oversee procurement, particularly major indirect spend, excluding promotional material. Manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have to hold a University or similar degree in Finance, MBA, Chartered Accountant (CPA, Expert Compatible, ACCA).

You will have to have the next qualifications:
5+ years of experience in operations in Africa or a similar region.
2-3 years' experience as a finance manager.
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in motivating and leading teams in changing environments.
Experience managing external firms and contractors.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret financial information.
Experience working with deadlines and reporting calendars.
Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
Proficiency in English and basic French.
