You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify and attract qualified candidates for various IT and tech roles through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a good fit with the job requirements and company culture.
Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate interviews, and selection.
Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Provide candidates with information about the company culture, job roles, and career development opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics to advise on best practices and strategies for recruitment.
Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT and Tech industry.
Strong understanding of IT and tech roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
