W hat you'll be getting up to: The position of Junior Business Performance Analysts will be responsible for assisting the company's various product teams by creating timely and accurate reports and analyses.
R equirements: Most specifically, the Business Performance Analyst will: Understand existing business payments processes, systems and internal operations Regularly coordinate with different payment teams & payments service providers for alignment of processes to ensure data integrity of reports Coordinate with the Customer Relations team to ensure they have access to the data and insights needed to drive CRM initiatives and customer engagement.
Create and maintain regular reports on CRM activities, customer behaviour, and campaign outcomes to track performance and guide future strategies.
Ensure CRM systems are consistently updated with accurate and timely customer data and promotional results.
Liaise with the Product, Marketing, Affiliate, and Customer Relations teams to ensure alignment on CRM and affiliate marketing goals, promotions, and strategies.
Provide regular and as-needed reporting on Payment Transactions affiliate performance, media spend efficiency, and CRM-related metrics to internal stakeholders.
Create and maintain database structures, indexes, and constraints for optimised tables Create and maintain active dashboards for business analyses that provide clear visualisation of business KPI's Provide assistance and data in the preparation of board meeting materials and presentations Provide ad-hoc reports to various stakeholders and product teams Perform tasks as deemed necessary by immediate supervisor/ manager REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience Experience with handling big datasets and confidence working with complex data and systems Knowledgeable and experience in MySQL/SQL Server, Google Cloud Platform, Big Query Able to write intermediate queries (joins, stored procedure and functions) Expertise in working with Excel to automate reports Good communication and presentation skills Able to work effectively both as a team member and independently Keen attention to detail and proficiency in numbers High initiative and motivation to learn new things and detail oriented Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours Willing to render to overtime and/or be in shifting schedule, or holiday Excellent ability to analyse information and think systematically Experience in working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)
