Key Responsibilities:
Uphold high standards for safety, workmanship, product quality, and productivity.
Operate surface grinders, CMC, slithers, lathes, shapers, and milling machines.
Build, rework, maintain, and repair various tooling and press tooling within the toolroom.
Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues to minimize downtime in production.
Accurately interpret and work from technical drawings, design prints, sketches, and sample parts.
Maintain thorough documentation of tool modifications, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Collaborate effectively with team members and provide training for apprentices.
Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics to enhance tooling functionality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Production Option) from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in operating machining tools such as grinders, CMC, slithers, lathes, and milling machines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics principles for optimal tool performance.
