Roles and Responsibilities:
Actively participating in the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans.
Leading the development of customer segment strategies, defining value propositions, service levels, and product offerings for each segment.
Developing pricing strategies that balance marketing objectives with customer satisfaction, in consultation with senior management.
Developing, monitoring, and controlling the marketing budget to ensure objectives are met within allocated spend, in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
Preparing concept papers, periodic progress reports, and annual reports, highlighting organizational achievements against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Measuring product performance and working with business development and operations teams to implement improvements aligned with consumer needs.
Coordinating product branding and launch activities, including name selection, packaging, advertising, sales promotions, and digital marketing in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
Generating revenue from both new and existing brokers and clients, identifying broker needs to foster new business opportunities and the expansion of distribution channels
Maintaining regular contact with brokers to ensure growth in new and renewal business, and monitoring production to align with strategic plans.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business related field from a reputable university. Master's is an added advantage.
Professional qualification(s) in insurance e.g. ACII, FCII or equivalent
At least seven (7) years' post qualification experience with at least five (5) years at senior management level. Must have previous experience in sales.
