The company is seeking to recruit 1 competent and qualified Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years experience with the following descriptions and specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Day to day operations of the plumbers loyalty program ensuring smooth functionality and positive participant experiences.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions about program benefit, rewards and enrollment processes.
Input and maintain data related program participation and rewards redemption.
Planning and execution of the program events,such as training sessions, & promotional events for plumbers.
Carry out and monitor program enrollment and track participation.
Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Education and other qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
1-2 years of experience in loyalty program management,customer engagement or related roles.
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
Experience with loyalty program software/Apps.
Impact and influence.leading and developing people.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
