We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. This role is critical in providing comprehensive support to the team, managing office logistics, and facilitating effective communication and coordination among staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and handling inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Managing phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence effectively.
Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Assisting with the organization of office events and activities.
Supporting procurement processes and maintaining vendor records.
Providing basic IT support to ensure smooth operation of office equipment and technology.
Handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality in all tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work proactively, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively.
A professional demeanor and ability to work with minimal supervision.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
