We looking for a Parts Sales Executive - Kisumu M/F based: KenyaJob Description :JOB PURPOSE This role is responsible for the sale of Case IH parts to achieve the set sales targets and grow the market share.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Operational Responsibilitiesa) Prepare accurate quotations to ensure customers are informed of prices and availability in a timely manner, and to assist close sales;b) Monitor all pending quotations and aggressively follow up for order confirmation c) Process sales invoices in a timely manner to facilitate a timely sales process;d) Capture lost sales in the enterprise system to enhance accuracy of demand analysis and optimum stocking levels;e) Reconcile cash sales and payments daily.f) Follow up with credit customers to ensure timely payment for parts purchased on credit, to ensure compliance with the CFAO Kenya credit management guidelines;g) Reorder stock from head office for parts that have been sold and advise the parts manager of parts that should be stocked in the shop.h) Request for prompt ordering of parts for grounded tractors to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure minimal disruption to the sales process due to stock outs;i) Attend to goods returned by customers as per the CFAO Kenya guidelines to ensure the goods are inspected and received back into the warehouse and system in a timely manner and as per CFAO Kenya SOP;j) Support in warehouse arrangement, perpetual and annual stock takes whenever required in-line with the CFAO Kenya SOPs;k) Oversee proper opening and closing of the parts shop to ensure security of parts and equipment.l) Respond to customer complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention;m) Participate in planning and execution of sales and marketing activities to promote sales and product awareness;n) Prepare timely and accurate reports - Sales, GP, Losts sales, pending customer orders, pending quotations etc for management intervention and counter-measures for identified performance gaps Profil Request :COMPETENCIESTechnicala) Computer Literacyb) Product knowledge- Tractor specificationsc) Parts identification via electronic parts cataloguesd) Understanding of Tractor Operations e) Knowledge of relevant legislation and its impact to the automotive industry Functionala) Report writing skills- ability to develop reportsb) Communication skills Behavioral a) Innovation - Ability to come up with new and better ways of working to improve efficiency and effectivenessb) Time Management – Ability to use time effectively and efficientlyc) Drive for results – Aware of their roles and responsibility and can be counted on to meet and exceed goalsd) Interpersonal skills – Ability to build rapport and constructive and effective relationships with colleagues and customerse) Customer focus – Establishes and maintains effective relationship with both internal and external customers, to gain their trust and respectf) Ethics and values – Adheres to an appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs, and in alignment with the CFAO KENYA valuesg) Integrity and trust – Trusted individual who can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner, keeps confidence, admits mistakes, doesn't misrepresent themselves for personal gain
