Initiating research studies and drafting research proposals on research problems related to examinations/assessments;Preparing the program and coordinating the development of research instruments and tools;Preparing the program and coordinating training of trainers for Research studies;Coordinating printing of the research data collection instruments;Coordinating training of data collectors;Coordinating data entry, cleaning, analysis, and report writing for research studies;Disseminating research study findings;Processing and verifying data requests;Coordinating the preparation of annual Departmental Performance Contracts;Reviewing the preparation of the annual performance contracts;Developing and implementing departmental plans, policies, norms, and procedures;Promoting adherence to the Intellectual Property Rights policy.
