Principal Supply Chain Management Officer – 1 Post At Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec)

Implementing procurement strategies, policies, and procedures;Implementing the annual procurement and disposal plans;Providing secretariat services to committees incidental to the procurement of goods and services, and disposal of assets;Ensuring procured goods, services, and works are as per specifications;Raising purchase orders for goods works and services and forwarding for approval;Initiating payment processing for goods, works, and services rendered and following up to ensure payment;Carrying out market surveys to inform procurement decisions;Preparing contract documents and contract modifications;Maintaining, safeguarding, and archiving procurement documents and records;Maintaining and updating the pre-qualified suppliers list and contract management register;Coordinating suppliers' performance appraisals.
