Key Responsibilities:Lead and coach the scrum team in all aspects of scrum practices and principles.Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities for product development.Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.Monitor project progress, identify and remove impediments, and ensure the team is focused and productive.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging feedback and innovation.Ensure the delivery of high-quality features that meet the needs of our users and business objectives.Track and report on project milestones and deliverables, providing stakeholders with timely updates.Qualifications:Minimum of two years' experience in a scrum or agile project management role, preferably within a software development environment.Strong understanding of scrum methodologies and agile principles.Proven track record of leading scrum teams to successful project delivery.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Familiarity with software development processes and the SaaS business model.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field is preferred.Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.Additional Information.Employment Type: Part-time (16hrs/week)Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience.
