Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager Client Solutions to manage client support requests and internal projects.
The ideal candidate will be a master at multitasking, managing priorities, and keeping tasks on track.
This role requires strong communication skills, experience with project management tools, and the ability to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
You will serve as the gatekeeper for client requests, managing the flow of work between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the client support inbox, ensuring all requests are scoped, assigned, and tracked using project management tools like Asana.
Break down client requests into actionable tasks, assign them to the appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Communicate with clients via email to confirm details, provide updates, and explain progress in clear and simple language.
Proactively identify potential issues and communicate them to clients and internal teams, delivering bad news early if necessary.
Lead and manage internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met and the team is informed of progress.
Keep everything organized using Slack, HelpScout, and Asana, ensuring tasks are clear, tracked, and followed through to completion.
Qualifications: Strong project management experience with tools like Asana (bonus if you're already proficient).
Excellent written communication skills in English, able to handle client communications effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with an obsessive eye for detail.
Proactive problem-solving abilities, able to anticipate and address issues before they escalate.
Comfortable with conflict resolution, not afraid to deliver difficult news early and ensure transparency with clients.
Knowledge of using HelpScout, Slack, and other communication tools for efficient project management.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
A background in managing non-client-specific internal projects.
