The Property Manageris responsible for providing property management services in order to ensureeffective and efficient operations. Provide property management support toensure that company operations are maintained in an effective, up to date andaccurate manner.

Requirements and Responsibilities ·       General Property Management and Rent Collection
·       Tenants Payment Reconciliation, Letting Out of vacant Spaces, Tenant Invoicing
·       Well Organized, Disciplined & with Excellent Time Management Skills.
·       Competency in MS Office computer packages.
·       Customer Orientation and exception.al service.
·       Good Management skills, Able to work long hours, under pressure &deliver under tight schedules.

Qualifications ·       In depth knowledge of all rules, policies and regulations surroundingproperty management.
·       Thorough knowledge of Property Management & Its Financial Aspects.
·       Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business, Real Estate or related field.
·       Registration by Estate Agents Registration Board Will be an addedadvantage.
·       Best for the candidates living in close proximity to the apartments
