The individual will be mandated to manage design projects from start to finish i.e sketch design plans, determine costs for different projects, source materials and products for the designs, inspect construction to ensure alignment with design specifications etc.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage design projects from start to finishInterpret and translate client needs into space plansImplement the design phase of projects from concept to completionConduct site surveys and define project requirements during briefingConsider materials and costs and prepare furnishing estimatesSource for Sample or develop Mood boards and 3D rendersPrepare and make client presentations, prepare detailed working drawings and plansProcure written quotes for design elements, furnishing and materialsConduct on-site design supervision and provide recommendations to help streamline projectsTake, circulate and maintain project meeting minutesIdentify new businesses and sell services to potential clientsRequired Specifications:Demonstrable working experience in designing Interior spacesAt least 5 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree in Interior Design(Construction) or ArchitectureProficient in ArchiCAD / AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DMax/Revit, Illustrator/Photoshop or other design programsExcellent portfolio of previous worksCreative talent, imagination, and an eye for detailPosses great project management skills, communication and presentation skills
