Sales Merchandiser Job At Flexpay

We are looking for Sales Activation agents and sales merchandisers to join our team. The Merchandisers will work at our existing merchant stores with responsibilities of engaging customers and closing sales.Duties and Responsibilities:Present and sell company products to new potential and existing clientsPrepare action plans and schedules to convert identified targetsAggressively and passionately work on their monthly targets.Prepare weekly status reports, including activity, closings, follow ups, and adhere to goals. Other duties as assigned.Key QualificationsWe Prefer KCSE and Diploma Graduates.You must not have applied for the same position with us at past.Be fluent in English and Kiswahili as well as a good listener.Proven sales record and great interpersonal skillsKnowledge/Experience in promotions and activations is an added advantage.Self-driven, highly self-motivated, Neat and presentableGood knowledge of using social media sites and android appsAdded Advantage: Relevant professional/industry experience in sales and marketing.Must Indicate current area of residence and region (must be specific to 5km radius)Must reside in Nairobi, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri,Meru,Mombasa, Kisumu Town
