Senior Programme Manager – Education At Kcb Bank Kenya

Design, develop, plan, and manage the Program and all related projects and activities in line with the Program workplans and KCBF Education Program strategy within the KCB Group subsidiaries in line with KCBF's strategy and policies including safeguarding and data protection.Oversight the high school scholarships cluster ecosystem with all its related processes and activities from recruitment, onboarding to full support during the student life in the school.Oversight the administration of the apprenticeship cluster in collaboration with the Bank's Human Resource Function.Oversight the effective administration of the University scholarship cluster of the Programme.Coordinate the mentorship interventions within the Programme across the three clusters. Collaborate with the enterprise development teams to execute transition of identified high school graduates into KCBF's enterprise development programs
