Responsibilities:
Design, customize, and maintain learning materials and resources to deliver on defined training outcomes
Contribute to the design, configuration, and testing of learning environments
Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring learning outcomes are achieved
Apply a range of learning delivery techniques to enable learners to develop necessary skills and knowledge
Provide guidance and support during training, addressing learner questions and challenges
Maintain training records and analyze data to assess effectiveness
Report training metrics and insights to support informed management decisions
Develop and maintain accurate and relevant documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, collect data, and support the development and implementation of solutions
Perform routine and non-routine assessments of knowledge, skills, and competencies, providing guidance on assessment methods and tools
Contribute to the selection, evaluation, and application of best practices, updating documentation and supporting the use of methods and tools
Uphold and promote the company's Culture Code in all operational activities
Ensure full compliance of assigned training with Corporate Policies and InfoSec guidelines
Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
Proactively address and resolve team issues, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in training and development or a related role
Proven experience in designing and delivering learning materials and activities
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning platforms
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and contribute to team success
