Responsibilities.Inventory ManagementMonitor and maintain inventory levels of waste materials, supplies, and equipment.Oversee the receiving, sorting, baling of waste material delivered at Buyback centerImplement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.Receiving and DispatchCoordinate receiving and dispatch activities, including loading and unloading trucks, inspecting incoming materials, and verifying waste received from waste pickers/aggregators.Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation schedules and minimize delays.Supervision and LeadershipSupervise Buyback Center staff and casuals, providing guidance, and performance feedback.Schedule and assign tasks to Buyback center staff & casuals to ensure efficient workflow.Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability within the warehouse team.Data ManagementMaintaining accurate records of inventory, personnel, and other relevant information.Accurate and timely updates of relevant data to the Buyback trackers and ERP system.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a site or manufacturing setup.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software is a must.The capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions independently.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with data entry and reporting processes is a plus
