Sorting Clerks- Ruiru At Eleven Degrees Consulting

Responsible for sorting avocados based on quality, size, ripeness, and other specific criteria before they are packaged or sent for further processing.
Diploma in Food Science Technology, Supply Chain Management, Financial Accounting or a relevant discipline preferred.
Strong supervision skills and proficiency in people management, teamwork, problem solving and coordination.
Prior experience in a supervisory or coordination role is required (3 years), preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting managing a team of sorters, casuals' operators and palletizing staff.
