Qualifications
At least 3+ years of experience as a chef specializing in Gujarati cuisine, with a proven track record in high-end or luxury dining establishments.
Mastery in creating an array of authentic Gujarati dishes, from street food to elaborate regional specialties. Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and the cultural significance of the cuisine.
A flair for culinary innovation, able to put your own spin on traditional dishes without losing the essence of Gujarati food.
Formal culinary training is a plus, but hands-on experience and a deep knowledge of Gujarati cuisine are essential.
