Storekeeper - Thika Campus At Mount Kenya University

Qualification
Must have:
Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Management or its equivalent from recognized institution.
KCSE or its equivalent
At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
Computer Literate

Key responsibilities also include
Reporting to: Store Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
Receive and issue stores supplies
Stock verification
Supervise store attendants/clerks
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to Campuses and ODEL Centres
Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
