Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced telemarketer to join our team and engage potential clients through outbound calls. This role involves researching potential leads, verifying phone numbers, and ensuring compliance with "Do Not Call" regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing call scripts and strategies, making a high volume of calls, and updating prospect information in our database. The position requires past experience in telemarketing, ideally targeting U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Database Management: Research and gather phone numbers for potential clients and verify numbers against the "Do Not Call" list to ensure compliance.
Outbound Calling: Make 40 to 80 outbound calls per day to potential clients, using prepared scripts and personalized approaches to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
Script Development: Create and refine call scripts and strategies to engage potential clients effectively, tailoring messaging to target audience needs.
Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings to discuss call outcomes, share best practices, and receive ongoing training and coaching for skill enhancement.
Data Entry: Accurately enter call details, prospect information, and outcomes into the CRM/database to maintain up-to-date and organized records.
Reporting: Track call metrics and performance, providing regular updates to the team leader or sales manager.
Remote Work Requirements: Maintain a reliable internet connection and provide your own phone or headset for call purposes.
Adherence to U.S. Work Hours: Work remotely during U.S. business hours and observe U.S. holidays to align with our client base.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing experience, preferably calling U.S.-based clients.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create persuasive scripts and adapt strategies based on call outcomes
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in CRM software and data entry

Technology Requirements:
Must have a reliable internet connection
Own a phone or headset suitable for making calls

Other:
Familiarity with U.S. time zones and willingness to work during U.S. business hours and holidays.

Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in lead generation and sales conversions
Familiarity with compliance regulations, particularly regarding "Do Not Call" lists
Ability to adapt to various client needs and pivot strategies based on feedback
