Monitor and optimize marketing efforts based on performance data.

Conduct research on travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences tinform product development.
Identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
Track and report on sales performance, including conversion rates, customer feedback, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations tmanagement for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the operations team tensure seamless execution of tours.
Collaborate with other departments talign marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
