Answer queries related to amenities, rates, policies, and procedures positively and professionally.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Certificate or Diploma in Tour Operation or Tourism Management.
Experience: Proven experience as a tour and travel consultant in a busy environment is highly desirable.
