JOB OUTLINE:The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for conducting the basic day to day operations in the Warehouse, Stock taking and Keeping of inventory and good warehouse practices.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To receive materials with 100% accuracy, pick and pack ordersTo put away parts into the nominated "bin" location with 100% accuracyEnsure all interactions with the system (Man/Pro) are 100% accurateTo work efficiently and effectively as part of a teamTo achieve the standards and targets set by the Warehouse SupervisorDuties may include repetitive light, medium and heavy liftingPERSON SPECIFICATION:Degree in logistics/ related field with four years' experience with strong product and parts knowledgeGood analytical and Microsoft Office proficiency and experience in specialized ERP systems as well as third party systems for courier shipmentsClear understanding of and practice of Warehouse Operations
